Mobile Wallets - for all members with a smartphone.

Ask us today about how you can get started. If you have an Apple device, Apple Pay is available.

For android mobile devices and phones, you also have the option of Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

You are already using your KCCU Member Card® debit card or Collabria Mastercard® for everyday purchases and your mobile phone is likely close at hand.   You now can add this into your mobile wallet - permitting you to pay without a physical debit or credit card on Apple or Android Phones!

  • It’s easy.  All you need is an NFC-enabled Android phone and the latest version of the KCCU Mobile App.  With your KCCU Member Card® debit card or Collabria Mastercard® or other credit cards loaded on your phone, you are ready to use Mobile Wallet!
  • It’s fast.  – it just takes a click or two to pay!
  • It’s secure.  With protection such as contactless tokens (maximum limit on taps before it asks for a password), passcode verification, transaction limits and zero customer liability, you can feel confident using Mobile Wallet for any purchase.

How Mobile Wallet Works

Mobile Wallet is built right into Apple and Android Phones - operating system (OS) Version 4.4 and above.

It uses chip technology, with functionality and state-of-the-art security.  Card information is not stored on the mobile device.

How to use Mobile Wallet

You simply download the latest version of the KCCU Mobile App to your Apple phone or iPad from the App store or for your  Android phone or tablet from the Google Play store. Open it and select Mobile Wallet. Select your KCCU Member Card® debit card or Collabria Mastercard® or other cards you would like loaded on the phone's wallet.  Choose a passcode and then you can start making payments immediately.

You can use Mobile Wallet at any retailer where tap is accepted.  Then just hover your unlocked Mobile phone over the reader, follow the instructions on the screen and wait for the purchase to be approved. Your account is updated immediately.

For purchases over $100 ($250 for some credit cards due to COVID-19), you will be prompted to enter the Passcode selected when Mobile Wallet was set up.  From time to time, you may also be asked for the Passcode for additional security.
