KCHC

Kingston Community Health Centres and KCCU have been co-operative partners since 2006. Due to increasing community demand for KCHC services, KCCU donated $100,000 in 2014 on behalf of its members to help them secure financing and grants for new expanded premises. This allowed KCHC to move into their new building at 263 Weller avenue and expand their ability to provide needed services in the community. They help the most vulnerable in our community in the way they need it most. KCCU strongly supports all of the services and programs the organization provides including:

  • Immigrant Services Kingston
  • Street Health Centre
  • Better BeginningsPathways to Education
  • OHDRP (Harm Reduction)
  • Community Health Team
  • Dental Health Program
  • The Good Food Box
  • The Space
  • Thrive
  • Napanee Area CHC

CEO Jon Dessau looks on at the opening ceremonies at KCHC's new location in October of 2014.
